At Rolux Australia, all products are backed by manufacturer warranty and supported locally by Mowtech Industries.
Returns Policy
Return Approval Required
All returns must be approved prior to being sent back.
If you do not contact us first via email, your return will not be accepted.
To request a return, please email:
support@myrolux.com.au
Include your order number and reason for return.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase, provided:

The item is unused

It is in original packaging

It is in resalable condition
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Sale Items
No returns or refunds are accepted on sale or clearance items.
Return Shipping Responsibility
All return freight is at the customer’s expense and risk.
If a returned item is damaged during transit, we are unable to process a refund.
We strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will assess the issue and provide a resolution in line with manufacturer warranty guidelines.
Warranty Policy
All Rolux products are covered by a manufacturer-backed warranty supported by Mowtech Industries.
What is Covered
The warranty covers manufacturing defects including (but not limited to):

Mechanical failures due to faulty components

Defects in materials or workmanship

Factory-related issues (e.g. drive components, clutches, chains, reels, bedknives)
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance

Improper assembly or unauthorised modifications

Consumable items subject to regular wear
Warranty Process
All warranty claims must be submitted to:
support@myrolux.com.au
Products may need to be inspected by an authorised dealer or returned for assessment.
Warranty Resolution
At our discretion (in line with the manufacturer), we will:

Repair the product

Replace the faulty component
-
Replace the unit (in rare cases)
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notice
We reserve the right to refuse any return or claim that does not comply with this policy.
